Lucas holds a M.S. in exercise science and health promotion. He is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and a Certified Personal Fitness and Group Exercise Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). In addition, he is a highly sought after college faculty member in the Washington, D.C. region.
Therese is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Having made a successful career as a physical scientist, she understands the struggles to fit exercise into one’s schedule.
