I was overweight and full of shame for over 2 decades.

That’s 20 years of carrying around extra pounds, unhappiness, and body shame.  After seven years working with people to exercise more, I realized there is a disconnect between images of young women the media tells us we should look like and how we feel about our bodies.


I started LIFT Fitness to help women after 40 build a good habit of exercise and nutrition.   I have one goal:  To help you build that habit so you can sustain a weight loss and be stronger in the process.  

There was a time when I was overweight, tired all the time, and just not liking the way I looked. I found myself time and again trying to build a good habit of exercise and diet, only to fail.  

​​​If you've ever experienced this you know how frustrating it can be. It's hard to know where to turn to, to find out what works for you. And, the older we get, the more our bodies change and the harder it seems to see results.

I'm committed to helping women end this struggle. From my own journey and after working with many clients, I discovered that by first building a good habit of exercise and nutrition, it is much easier to see results and sustain them. And, 21-days seemed to that turning point.  

So, I created the Fierce & Fit Formula to help women after 40 become stronger and leaner. The results from past clients? Increased body strength, energy and a path to sustainable weight loss.  I know this can help you too. You just have to decide you want to feel better and stronger.
