We offer 3-month customized workout plans, designed to let you work out on your own, and personally developed by us to target your most important fitness goals. So whether you are trying to lose weight, tone specific areas, or just start a workout, we will put together exercise plans customized to help you succeed. Our program lets you decide how much additional support you want from us.
- All plans are developed by our lead trainer who specializes in working with executive level clients!
- Based upon a short questionnaire to get to know you, your current level and time/availability, we provide you the exercises, directions and a plan to perform them, in an easy to read format, that you can take to the gym or workout at home (or on the road) with.
The $197 Work-it-Hard Plan includes:
- Multiple, customized workout plans designed for 3-months.
- In-depth review of your questionnaire to fine-tune the right plan for you.
The $297 Work-it-Harder Plan includes:
- All of the what ‘Work-it-Hard’ Plan includes, plus…
- A live online video fitness assessment and demonstration of the exercises prepared for you, conducted prior to you starting your workouts.
- A live video follow-up midway through your program to check your progress, answer questions and modify your workout as needed.
- Both live video sessions are conducted by our lead personal trainer!
With all this done for you, it saves stress and time, and allows you to finally achieve your goals!
