We offer 6-week group exercise programs, delivered live and online, once per week.
- Our strength-training program is designed to get you fast results through a weekly progression of body weight and weighted exercises that challenge you physically while still making it fun. These are great for both beginners and experienced individuals, as modifications are provided. Classes range 20-35 minutes.
- Our cardio exercise program is designed to get your heart pumping and increase your stamina while having fun in the process. No equipment is needed for the cardio classes. You have choices between cardio dance, kickboxing and other exciting formats! Classes range 40-55 minutes.
Since classes are taught online,you can join anywhere, whether from the comfort of your home or while you are travelling.New sessions start regularly.
As an added bonus, by joining the group, you will have access to the video workouts so you can use them again and again during the week to help guide you in more regular exercise.
