Fast Fitness for Professionals is our 3-month, one-on-one program, specifically designed for busy professionals and entrepreneurs who want a highly individualized program to help get and stay in shape, or reach a new level.
Included in this program:
- All personal training sessions are live and fully guided.
- All sessions are lead by one of our two lead trainers (your choice). You keep them for your time or can request both.
- Therese Zarlengo is our co-founder and Director, Individualized Fitness Experiences and VP, Personal Training. She holds a M.S. in Exercise Science & Health Promotion, holds multiple personal training certifications from the most respected entities in the field.
- Lucas Zarlengo is our co-founder, Director, Exercise Science & Research and VP, Coaching Services / Group Programs. He holds a M.S. in Exercise Science & Health Promotion, holds multiple personal trainer and fitness specialty certifications, and one of the highest ranked instructors in the country. He has taught dozens of college level courses in physical education and health sciences, as well as personal training students.
- 15-minutephone or video consultation to determine the results you want to achieve.
- Fitness assessment conducted to determine your current overall fitness level, identify current movement pattern, and the appropriate exercise plan to get you your desired results quickly and safely.
- Based upon how fast you want to achieve results, one or two 30-minute one-on-one exercise sessions are scheduled per week. You are welcome to pick available slots as you go along, or sign up for a consistent schedule and have the spot reserved just for you – whatever works best for you.
- Bonus: Access to your trainer via text or email for questions and concerns.
- Ongoing feedback and adjustments to help you succeed and keep you on track.
